MooiGem Return Policy

At MooiGem, we are committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your product, you have 7 days from the date of receive to return it to our shop.

Return Process:

  1. Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  2. The product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.

  3. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item to our shop.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate a refund or exchange.

  5. MooiGem will cover the shipping cost for sending out a replacement or processing a return.
